Music

I loooove it! If you have any recommendations, send them to me!

Music Talk: Maidcore—one of my current favorite styles, the best way I could describe it is...idk, depressed Russian maid music. If you can't draw a mental picture from that, then go listen to some! It's a very varied and unique genre. As for who my favorite maid is right now...probably Yakui. Their discography has been the best out of all the bands I've listened to so far. Also, the whole aesthetic of the maids is so me.

Dungeon Synth—I like feeling like a mystical wizard! This style is so cool; I love the way the producers will make the synths and drums sound so old and rustic. This music really makes me feel like I'm some ancient sorcerer pondering over how I'll conjure such and such.Paulinho Nogueira: Beautiful music. His songs are like spirit balms through song.

Soutaiseiriron— I don't know why the music just clicks really well with me and puts me in a very jovial and airy mind-state. This band probably is the best at giving off pure energy.

Playboi Carti—Like the previous entry, this guy's music just clicks really well. His different styles are also very interesting to delve into. Like compare Yah Mean and Pop Out—so different, but both so good. Also, very fun to sing along, lol.

Jane Remover— How do I put their music into a concise phrase? I really can't, honestly. It's just really good, that's all I know. One thing I can comment on is I love the way they use vocal effects; they succeed where a lot of other artists would fall flat.

Classical—Extremely gorgeous music that can convey a thousand words within a few arrangements. I like a lot of classical, so it'd be kind of redundant to name my favorites, but if I had to pick my favorite instrument in classical, I'd say the violin; it's so pretty.

Trip-hop—wow, this genre is so amazing. From the classics to now, this type of music never ever disappoints; it's just so groovy and great. I'd say my favorite trip-hop album right now is Breath From Another by Esthero; every song is transportive and illuminating. Smoke City—This group blends a lot of my favorite genres together, which creates some awesome music. I love how they can go from samba to acid jazz to bossa nova, etc.

Björk—I could write a really long overview of Björk's music, but, to summarize, it's just so great. Do some research and listen to one of her albums! That's the best praise I can give!!!

Dark Ambient—It's ambient music...but dark! Lol, I really like this genre. I love when some albums go hard on the dark and weave in the ambient; they're very interesting to listen to.

Black Metal—So primal, I love it! It really just makes you feel the metal. I don't know how to describe it better; it's just really cool.

will be updated, very tired...will make look better later.
